How Tchekz came to be

2022
The problem discovered
After a series of frustrating grocery delivery issues — missing items, wrong substitutions, short-weight produce — attempts were made to reconcile delivered items against online order receipts. This was arduous. A simple spreadsheet was created to track disputes and make the process manageable.
2023
£375 recovered personally in one year
The spreadsheet evolved into a systematic checking process. Over 12 months, £375 was recovered across multiple retailers — far more than expected.
2024
Tchekz Limited incorporated
With proof that the problem was widespread and the solution worked, Tchekz Limited was formally incorporated to bring the service to everyone.
2025
Early access launch
Tchekz opens to the public via waitlist, offering the Monthly Protection Plan at £7/month for consumers who want to stop losing money to delivery errors.
