  • Works with Gmail, Outlook, and standard email confirmations
  • Secure OAuth authentication — Tchekz reads only what it needs
  • Automatically extracts item names, quantities, prices, and substitutions
  • Historical orders can be imported to check for past issues

Privacy note: Tchekz only accesses order-related emails. Payment and personal emails are never read or stored.

We flag what's wrong

Tchekz compares your confirmed order against what was marked as delivered — and clearly identifies every discrepancy that could entitle you to a refund.

  • Missing items: ordered but not delivered
  • Unauthorised substitutions: different brand or product sent
  • Incorrect quantities: fewer units than ordered
  • Weight and measurement discrepancies on loose items
  • Damaged goods (where you photograph and log the issue)

About the process

Does Tchekz contact retailers on my behalf? +

No. Tchekz generates the documentation — you send it. This keeps you in full control of your refund request and ensures there are no third-party complications with the retailer.

How long does a scan take? +

Most scans complete in under 60 seconds once your order data has been imported. The first setup — connecting your email — takes around 3–5 minutes.

What if I used a different email address for my order? +

You can connect multiple email addresses within Tchekz. All connected inboxes are searched when scanning for order confirmations.

Are my refunds guaranteed? +

Retailers make the final decision. Tchekz significantly improves your documentation quality — which removes friction and increases the likelihood of a successful outcome — but cannot guarantee any specific result.
