Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tchekz service, operated by Tchekz Limited (Company No. 16870688), a company registered in England and Wales.

1. The service

Tchekz provides a consumer utility tool that imports order confirmation data, analyses it for potential discrepancies, and generates documentation to support refund requests to retailers.

Important: Tchekz does not contact retailers on your behalf, does not guarantee refunds, and is not affiliated with any retailer or delivery platform. Refund outcomes are determined solely by the relevant retailer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use the Tchekz service.

3. Subscription and billing

• The Protection Plan is billed monthly at £7.00 per month
• The plan includes 6 scans per month; additional scans are charged at £0.87 each
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for unused scans in a billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tchekz only for legitimate personal use — specifically, to support genuine refund claims for orders you have placed. You must not:

• Submit false or fraudulent order data
• Use Tchekz to make claims for orders where no genuine discrepancy exists
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Tchekz service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service

5. No guarantee of refunds

Tchekz provides documentation tools only. We make no warranty that use of the service will result in a refund from any retailer. Refund decisions are the sole responsibility of the relevant retailer.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Tchekz, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tchekz Limited's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or for any other legitimate reason with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
